Build information:

Peter De Savery made improvements to the Cary Arms which were to include a new conservatory. KB was involved from ground works foundations to dpc and then handing over to Vale Garden Houses who supplied and fitted the timber conservatory. Kb continued fitting out making good.

Method statements were put in place due to the 5 ton weight restriction on the road; precautions were made for the logistics of incoming materials. Short build time in readiness for the Easter season
