This project was for two, 3 bed houses built from design stage to completion (turn key) working with, and seeking local planning approval and building control.

Feb 2014 – September 2014 on Time.

Special info:

A full refurbishment of this property for clients with a young family, the open plan dinner/ kitchen was key to there requirements. This property has been nominated for the best small extension with the LABC (local authority building control)
