This project was for two, 3 bed houses built from design stage to completion (turn key) working with, and seeking local planning approval and building control.

Completition date:

January 2009 - On Time.

Special info:

Timber frame construction used here as client wanted a greener approach and the added benefit of an accelerated build time.

New Build Project.

In conjunction with EJW Architects, Baltic Wharf, Totnes, Devon.

Location:

Hunters Moon, Dartington, Near Totnes, Devon.

Build information:

3 Bed detached property.

Completition date:

Autumn 2009 - Present.

Special info:

The client wanted to build in their garden a detached property with a gross internal floor area of approximately 140m squared.

New House Build.

Torquay project in conjunction with Walker Newton Architect, Babbacombe Rd, Torquay, Devon.

Location:

Shirburn Road, Torquay, Devon.

Build information:

This project was for a 3 bed end terrace new build were the client owned the existing end terrace house with enough garden to build onto.

Completition date:

September 2009 - On Time.

Special info:

Traditional block and brick build.

New House Build.

Torquay project in conjunction with W G Couldrey & Son Architect, Paignton, Devon.

Location:

Old Newton Road, Torquay, Devon.

Build information:

This project was for a 3 bed detached chalet style bungalow.

Completition date:

October 2007 – 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

Special info:

Strict rules had to observed from the environment agency due to the water course running at the rear of the property, this is an indicative low risk flood area.

Loft Conversion.

Torquay project in conjunction with W G Couldrey & Son Architect, Paignton, Devon.

Location:

Nut Bush Lane, Torquay, Devon.

Build information:

3 bed, 1 ensuite and 1 family bathroom with a timber frame.

Completition date:

2003.

Special info:

A tin hat was constructed over the property as the client was still living there, which meant there was no down time due to bad weather. An early completion was achieved.

Garage Conversion.

The conversion of a Torquay garage into a new study/playroom.

Location:

Torquay, Devon.

Build information:

The client wanted to turn half of their existing garage into a combined study/playroom to help give them more space.

Completition date:

Summer 2009.

Special info:

Fully insulated, with large double opening French Doors at the rear to help bring in the light. An internal door gave access to the other side of the garage for additional storage, plus provided a walkthrough from the front of the house to the back garden.
